Bobbi and Todd’s Rolling Ridge Wedding day was full of happiness and joy. The girls got ready at the Bridal Suite in matching navy blue robes while the boys enjoyed the privacy of the Rooster’s Roost (the special man cave inspired space). The colors of the wedding were Navy Blue, Burgundy and Gold. It was the perfect pop of color against the greenery of Minnesota Summer. The theme of the wedding was a “Fairytale Woodland Theme”, very romantic, as Bobbi described it, and I personally loved all the fresh flowers, greenery details and touches of Asparagus ferns in the bouquets and decorations as it is one of my favorites. Its rich dark green color and its distinct appearance make it reminiscent of a walk through a lush forest.
I had previously met Bobbi at her dear friend’s wedding at Crow River Winery. She was her bridesmaid at that time, and I love to work with previous bridesmaids because I feel like I know them already, and they know me and they have chosen me because they liked my work, so it was such a pleasure to work with her again and spend our day together.
The outdoor ceremony was followed by a cocktail hour at The Lounge with its amazing air conditioning which was a blessing on such hot day. A delicious dinner was served at the Historic Barn and then outdoor dancing was the perfect ending. Bobbi and Todd, thank you so much for letting me be part of your special day. Your contagious joy, easy going personalities and kindness is what I love the most about you both!
